Beneath a baby blue sky,
a flock of swallows.

Imóvel, na pedra,
Um lagarto me vigia.
Banho de sol.

Stopped on the rock
a gecko stares at me.
Sun bathing.

Velho pescador
Remendando sua rede.
O mar sereno.

Old fisherman
stitching his net.
The serene sea.

Na praia deserta,
Só uma árvore frondosa.
Vento sudoeste

On the deserted beach,
only a leafy tree.
Southwestern wind.

Deitada na proa,
Flutuando nas estrelas...
Barulho de água.

Lying on the bow,
floating among stars...
Water sounds.
